Virtual Assistant
What’s the Internet Assistant Network (“IAN”)? What’s the
Patient and Provider benefit? What’s the
COST? What’s the Primary Technologies
Recommendation?
“IAN” is an acronym for the Internet Assistant Network . This service is provided thru Primary Technologies. It is but another means of MIM and can be available 24/7. How do we provide these services? A network of virtual assistant companies located throughout the country can provide a wide range of services.
Patient and Provider benefits: provides continuity of office services despite personnel issues. The Patient benefits when the office function is not disrupted, as does the Provider. “IAN” temporarily substitutes to perform office processes that can be managed remotely (i.e., phone answering, transcription, scheduling, event planning and routine bookkeeping). The provider avoids the hiring process, employee perks, federal regulations and office space assignments.
COST: Again, associated expenses are related to the extent of services and the regularity of usage. The immediacy of need also influences cost. Options include prepaid time or as needed assignments. Rates range from $15-40/hr.
Primary Technologies’
Recommendation: This is an internet based commodity which is marketed and sold on our website. Subscriptions and as needed services are paid for by credit card.
