Gideon Adegbile, MD

MD-Physician, Dayton, Ohio.  Dr. Adegbile has had an auspicious career.  His accomplishments are many and only partially include: Chairman of the Dept of Family Practice at Good Samaritan Hospital, Chief of Staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Associate Professor at the Wright State University School of Medicine, President of the Gem City Medical Society, and Chair of the Family Practice section of the National Medical Association.  Dr. Adegbile has graduated from clinical practice to transition from success to significance.


Pamela Cox

Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, Ohio, Physician Relations Coordinator – Since 2005, primary focus has been on physician recruitment.  Identify, develop and implement strategies for recruiting targeted physicians.  Assess ongoing physician manpower needs.  Coordinate all aspects of the physician recruitment process including development and articulation of practice opportunity descriptions, identification of potential recruits, screeningand interviewing of candidates, coordination of all aspects of on-site recruitment visits, development of physician compensation packages, assistance in development and negotiation of contracts and other agreements used in recruiting and coordination of relocation assistance for new recruits.  Coordinate comprehensive practice management start-up assistance for new physicians.  Provide practice development and marketing support for new and existing physicians.  Responsible for Physician Liaison activities. Coordinate and manage yearly medical staff surveys. Report to V.P. of Business Development.

Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, Ohio, Physician Liaison – Establish and manage Physician Liaison Program.  Conduct office visits.  Assist physicians in solving hospital-related problems.  Market hospital services to physicians/office staff.  Develop and conduct physician office staff in-service programs and physician hospital orientation.  Develop and manage Physician Referral Service program.  Assume responsibility for physician recruitment including searches without recruitment firm assistance.  Report to Director of Strategic Planning (1984 – 1986) and Director of Marketing (1986 – 1988).

Calvin McNeill, MD

Radiologist and Pharmaceutical administrator, Daiichi Sankyo Pharmaceutical Development, Newark New Jersey.  He is the Senior Director of Risk Management, controls international safety regulations for his company, and speaks Japanese fluently.   He offers a wealth of experience in marketing and sales to our niche, the healthcare industry.


Brian Stewart

CEO and founder of Stewart and Associates (S&A), Freeport, Illinois.   Mr. Stewart leads a large corporation with multiple subsidiaries and a national presence.  S&A provides an array of business services which partially includes real estate and security.  His success is a combination of vision, a “can do” attitude, and a strong but warm personal presence.  He is a prominent community leader.


David Wilke

David Wilke has spent his over thirteen-year certified public accounting career assisting small businesses.  He concentrates on income tax planning, business planning and consulting services including software selection, entity selection and retirement plans.  He assists many small businesses and start-up businesses in obtaining financing, writing business plans and developing exit strategies.  Beginning with 2 clients, David has grown his client base to over 1000 in the past several years. 

 

David's activities include writing articles, presenting seminars, real estate investing and volunteering consulting services.  He is extremely interested in working with small businesses to assist them in every way. 

 

Recognition & Affiliations

 

David appears every Saturday morning from 9:15 - 9:30 a.m. on the radio for his "Ask the Accountant" segment on WPTT 1360 am on The American Entrepreneur Show.  In addition, David has been recognized by various organizations for his accounting work, such as his nomination for Entrepreneur of the year for 2003 and the 1997 Small Business Administration's Accountant Advocate of the year.  This SBA award symbolized an individual who uses his professional expertise or personal talents to further the understanding and awareness of small business.  Wilke and Associates, LLP was recognized in 2003 by the Pittsburgh Business Times as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Pittsburgh.  Wilke and Associates has grown from two employees in 1998 to fourteen employees in 2003.

 

David is a regular speaker at many events for small business owners and entrepreneurs, such as, SBA seminars and seminars for, Duquesne University's Small Business Development Center and the IRS.  David is a regular instructor for SCORE and ACRE of Pittsburgh, and was previously an instructor at Duff's Business Institute.

 

David is a member of the International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs, Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's and the American Institute of CPA's .

 

To continue educating small business owners and entrepreneurs, David has authored articles on how to write an effective business plan and helped to develop curriculum and instructional materials for State of Pennsylvania Self-Employment Assistance Program (SEAP) in 1997 and 1999.  The SEAP helps persons on unemployment achieve their business ownership dreams.  David has been recognized as a contributing professional in two business books, and has been published in the SBA Mid-Atlantic Regional Newsletter.

John E. Williams, Ph.D.

John E. Williams is the Mills Lane Professor in Finance and Dean of the Division of Economics and Business Administration at Morehouse College, Atlanta, Ga. His primary research focus is "Land Economics.” Publications include: manuscripts related to Mortgage Finance, Portfolio Management, Tenure Choice, International and domestic Real Estate Portfolio Diversification, Real Estate Investment Software, Real Estate Investment Case Book  and Software User's Guide. Current research includes the application of modern portfolio theory to economic base analysis and inner city real estate markets. He has presented papers at international academic conferences and participated in business forums throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. Education: BA Business Administration, Morehouse College, BBA Accounting and Information Systems, Georgia State University; MBA Finance, Ph.D Land Economics and Finance, Georgia State University; Dean Williams has completed Post Doctorate work at MIT, NYU and the Wiemer School of Advanced Studies in Real Estate and Land Economics, where he is a Homer Hoyt Fellow and a member of the Weimer School faculty. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Real Estate Society, Vice Chair (Chair elect/President elect/Ex Officio Board member) of the American Real Estate Society, member of the AACSB, International “Blue Ribbon,” Candidacy, BAC and MAC Committees.
